All the residents of Bhuvarloka and Svarga are the imbibers of Soma and Ajya (ghee-oblations) . Those who stay in the fourth Loka, Maharloka, should be known to possess the mental Siddhis of five characteristics. Everything that they desire mentally is immediately realised.
