Unrighteous persons, those who violate the discipline of castes and stages of life and artisans and masons constitute the livelihood of these Pisacas as ordained by Suras. These Pisacas will be the presiding deities where holy rites are performed by means of money earned by unjustifiable means such as breach of trust and theft of nectar-like articles.
