Manvantaras : The Milking of the Earth - Verse 190

Such is the Earth ( V&sundhard) (the possessor of riches) who became the Dhdtri (nurse) , Viihdtri ( the creative agent), and Dharani (the support). We have heard that it was milked for the welfare of all the people by Prthu. It became the foundation of the world consisting of the mobile and the immobile beings and its source of origin.
