Description of the Four Yugas - Verse 113-114

By means of this alone should all the sets of four Yugas be known. When the set of four Yugas repeats a thousand times, it is the day ofgod Brahma. His night is also of the same duration. In it, there is simplicity and inactiveness oftheBhutas (elements) . cycles of the sets of four Yugas occurring successively constitute a Manvantara.
