Manvantaras - Verse 12-13

Seventy-one sets of four Yugas, constitute what is called his Manvantara (reign of Manu) . Having obtained Satarupa, not born of any womb, as his wife, he sported with her. Hence that sport is called Rati (sexual ^intercourse) . The first act of coition happened in the beginning of the Kalpa. *£okiit emended as Soko.
