Ramadvadasivrata - Verse 2-4

He should worship the feet as Rama, waist as Trivikrama, belly as Dhrtavisva (the holder of the universe), chest as Sarhvatsara, neck as Sarhvartaka, hands as Sarvastradharin (the bearer of all weapons), the conch and disc by their names (Pancajanya and Sudarsana) and head as Sahasrasiras (thousand-headed).
