Vidyesvara Samhita - Chapter 24 - Verse 46

Those who denounce Siva, who happens to the base of the three worlds, and also his ovotces who apply tripundra over their odies, they do so because of the fault of their ision because inspite of their being humans hey have been born like a person of the mixed aces, or pigs, demons, donkeys, dogs, jackals r the insects. They have been bom only to roceed to the hell.
