विशीर्णस्तिग्मांशोस्तुहिनशकलाकारशकलस्तथाभूतः प्राणांस्तदपि न जहौ दैत्य वृषभः ॥ तदा तुष्टश्शंभुः परमकरुणावारिधिरसौ ददौ तस्मै प्रीत्या गणपतिपदं तेन विनुतः ॥३९।
