कस्तमि॑न्द्र॒ त्वाव॑सु॒मा मर्त्यो॑ दधर्षति । श्र॒द्धा इत्ते॑ मघव॒न्पार्ये॑ दि॒वि वा॒जी वाजं॑ सिषासति
kastamindra tvāvasumā martyo dadharṣati śraddhā itte maghavanpārye divi vājī vājaṃ siṣāsati
Who is this Indra who places for you the wealth of Vasus, mortal? Faith in you, O generous one, ascends; the cow of bounty draws forth the prize in the heaven.
What mortal, Indra, injures him who has you for his support? He who offers you (sacrificial) food,Maghavan, with faith, he obtains food on the day of the libation.
Indra, what mortal will attack the man who hath his wealth in thee? The strong will win the spoil on the decisive day through faith in thee, O Maghavan.
