The description of the city of Śiva - Verse 18

व्याहारैस्त्रिभिरेतैस्तु ब्रह्मा लोकमकल्पयत। ततो भूः पार्थिवो लोको ह्यन्तरिक्षं भूवः स्मृतम।।

vyāhāraistribhiretaistu brahmā lokamakalpayat| tato bhūḥ pārthivo loko hyantarikṣaṃ bhūvaḥ smṛtam||
