तैर्विमिश्रा जनपदा म्लेच्छाचाराश्च सर्वशः। विपर्ययेण वर्तन्ते नाशायिष्यन्ति वै प्रजाः।।
tairvimiśrā janapadā mlecchācārāśca sarvaśaḥ| viparyayeṇa vartante nāśāyiṣyanti vai prajāḥ||
